Quicken personal plus 2006 query.

Quicken personal plus 2006 query. Hard Drive installed on new computer some months ago no problems until today. Menu Quicken Licence needs renewal to open program. have checked my product at Reckon - no renewal required as I did not buy atrial or subscription product. Any Ideas how to access my program??
