Payslips not being received intermittently by selected employees

I am having an intermittent issue with only selected employees not receiving their emailed payslips. I am working on Reckon Hosted.
It only happens intermittently, and each employee it has effected has at some point in time successfully received a payslips direct from Reckon. So it's not an issue with their email address. They have also checked their junk folders and I have tried removing and reentering their email address from their employee card.
None of this has been a permanent fix.

Any advice of solutions would be much appreciated as it's getting quite frustrating for me and the employees.
