Closing date reverts to old date each time I open file

Each time I set a new closing date it reverts back to an old date in 2016 when i log off then reopen the file?? (using reckon accounts hosted)

    Hi ProCo.  Have you tried doing a "verify data" to see if that fixes things?  If that doesn't work, you could try the next bigger step of doing a "rebuild data".  You will find this under File/Utilities.

    Hi ProCo  I would suggest you phone Tech support as it could have something to do with the way you are logging in. Have never come across this in my 20 plus years using Reckon products.

    Hi ProCo - I agree with Shirley - I am an old pro too and this just doesnt happen - sounds like you are logging into a different file?  I would be checking this out carefully and pronto!  cheers Linda
