Hi, we use Hosted and the question has been raised if we need to close our business are we able to access our company file from our desktop for a time? Cheers Anthony

    Hi there Anthony,

    As you're a Hosted customer, you will be entitled to a free copy of Reckon Accounts Enterprise (single user licence) which is the desktop equivalent of Accounts Hosted so this could an option for you.

    Please keep in mind this complimentary edition of Enterprise is linked to your Hosted subscription so it needs to remain active.
