Print does not contain any data

Hi Everyone,
I'm using Hosted.reckon.com.au RA.2017.AU.R2 and getting a strange problem below, any help greatly appreciated.
When printing the paycheques for all employees the print preview looks correct yet the pdf final print doesn't show any members of staff but does still contain the header information.
Two computers in office Both using Firefox and problem only affecting one despite the login used. I'm getting no error codes and the preview and print buttons seem to go through the same printing process to generate the image.

Hi there Gavin,
Does sound like a strange one, can I get you to exit the file and end the active session from the Hosted control panel and logout before trying again.
Does the issue persist?Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆
I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.
If you're working through the holiday period, we've got support available and you'll find our holiday hoursHERE.

Hi Rav,
Thank you for the prompt reply. I have logged out completely and logged in with another user's credentials to confirm that it is linked to the PC not linked to the specific login. I have also restarted the computer and the problem is still there.
I have just used the dashboard to log out remote sessions and after logging back in the issue is still there.

Hi Community,
SOLVED.
The firefox version was quite old. The pdf did contain all of the text but it was not being displayed correctly when using the Adobe plugin.
This was confirmed by downloading the pdf and opening within native Adobe reader.
After updating Firefox the pdf started displaying correctly again.
Thank you.0
