email and hosted browser not working

I hav tried to email statements but the email does not work again, previously it would freeze hosted and i had to log out turn off the laptop and come back several hours later, this time the email box stays open and nothing happens when i hit send now. So i tried to contact help through the hosted help browser and that wouldn't open either!!!

    Does this problem occur when you use a different browser?

    Do you regularly perform maintenance on your file? I think it might be worth checking out some of the solutions listed in this article so that your file is in tip top condition and you're getting the best performance from Hosted -

    Reckon Accounts Hosted performance is slow in multiple areas

    Hosted freezes after a short period of operation
