Manual Backup in Reckon Hosted

Hi, new user in Reckon Hosted-can I do a backup in Reckon Hosted so I can restore to my destop file-in the Backup option only "B' drive and "Q" drive are an option neither of which I have? Help please

    You can back up to the b drive. Yes. You can also copy the backup to your desktop to send it to the accoubtant. I do this once a month. Call me if you wish to discuss Kevin t:0407744914

    Thanks Kevin,  My computer only shows a C drive and when I try to save to the desktop cant locate the file/nothing appears on the desktop-thoughts/hints?
