Software ID Change?

Since the beginning of this financial year, I have not been able to lodge my BAS online. I was told by Reckon that it was an ATO issue. ATO have stated that they're not aware of any issues.

I phoned the ATO again today & they are now saying that my software ID is incorrect.

Has this changed?

Anyone else having this issue?

Where can I get the new software ID?

    Hi Cat,

    You'll be able to check your Software ID by going through the following steps -
    1. Login to Hosted and open your company file;

    2. Go to Company > Company Information

    3. Below the Company Identification field is the unique Software ID for this company file;

    That is the ID I gave the ATO & they told me it's incorrect

    Hi Cat,

    Are you able to verify that your Software ID is in your record in the SBR Access Manager on the SBR website?
