Server crashed? Cannot get into my company on Reckon Hosted

I have had several attempts at accessing my accounts on Reckon Hosted and am unable to do so. It even shows me the Server screen and keeps spinning, something that I have never seen before.
Please help - it is month end time and a crashed system could not come at a better time!

    Update - it took about 10 minutes but now it is working. Still would appreciate it if you could provide an update on whether there is issues today.
