Hi, we act as accountants for a client using Reckon Accounts Personal 2018, and when we try to install it, it asks us to delete the previous versions of the program on the computer. We removed all Reckon products. There were some Quickbooks products still installed - is this an issue? Thank you.

    Hi Bec,
As you've mentioned, the previous version of Reckon Accounts Personal will need to be uninstalled prior to the newer edition being installed.
If you've gone ahead and done that there shouldn't be any issues and can now proceed with install.

What installed Quickbooks products are you referring to?

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆

I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.

If you're working through the holiday period, we've got support available and you'll find our holiday hoursHERE.

    Hi,

We have a number of programs (due to our various clients' software) including Quickbooks Premier: Accountant Edition 2012-13, Quickbooks Premier: Multi User Accounting 2007/08 and other versions.

    Thank you,

    Bec

    Hi Bec,

You will need to uninstall Quicken 2007 and Quicken 2010 as these are from our personal range of software.

The QuickBooks version are from the business range so they can stay installed.

    Luke.
