When will the Hosted system be stable? - I'm sick and tired of all the problems, like most we're just trying to run a business. The dreadful instability in the Hosted product is driving me nuts! I can't even email statements now.

The Hosted system is indeed stable. Yes we've had a few issues this week, certainly not shirking away from that and no doubt there will most likely be others in future however by and large we're back to normal operations.
In regard to the issue you're currently facing with emailing statements, can you give some specific detail around that. What is happening when you try? What error messages are you receiving? etc.Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆

You think this is stable? Your customers are screaming to have it fixed!!!!! I've been in the IT software business , midrange and mainframe, for 30+ years and I've never seen a more unstable system or offering than Reckon Hosted .
The emailing statements problem has existed for months with no change, the system just show "connect to Server on a dialogue box, and nothing is happening.
It's little wonder that when speaking to other Hosted users I can tell you many of them are seeking alternatives.

Have you tried "Ctrl + PgUp" sometime the email box gets hidden in the background1 -
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled I'm trying to email statements, system just hangs. I asked this same question la.... I'm trying to email statements, I asked this same question last week with no reply. The system just hangs. Displayed dialogue box is "Going online, msg within is "Connecting to Server"
I'm feed up with dealing with this unreliable system and poor response - anyone else having this problem?0 -
