is reckon having speed problems at the moment?

Are there known speed problems at the moment please?  Trying to eliminate things

    No issues at the moment Pam and just looking over there's no chatter from the support team on it either.

    Hi Rav - looked at the options and the data file is small compared to most its only 51MB  but it still says 258 frags.  As the datafile is held on the cloud doesn't this mean that the frags are Reckon's problem?  I've checked my computer and its all ok.  Am I missing something here?
