I need to add delivery instructions for a major project on a variety of different supplier's purchase orders over the next 12 months- how do I set up a TEMPLATE to add onto these purchase orders? How can I do this, without having to type it on every Purchase Order.

    Hello Sonya,

    Why not customise a Purchase Order Template for this specific Delivery Address? 

    Open a Purchase Oder and click on the Customise button > Manage Template > Copy, and give this template a name, and click OK.  Then use the Additional Customisation and Layout Designer buttons to create a template to your needs, including a Text Box for your set Ship To address,
