Fishbowl and Reckon Accounts 2018 - scheduled integration not working since upgrade.
Since upgrading to Reckon Accounts 2018, our Integration with Fishbowl does not export automatically. The "Connection Failed Unable to find the specified Reckon Accounts/QuickBooks file: QuickBooks error: If the Reckon Accounts company data file is not open, a call to the "BeginSession" method must include the name of the data file." We can manually re-connect and then the export works, however, the scheduled export always Fails with this error message. So far, Fishbowl support don't know why. Please help, thanks!
