Two questions
I also sat on the phone waiting for support for 50+ minutes and gave up!
- Firstly, once I've finished processing a pay run, do I still need to go into our account and make the bank transfer to our employees? Or does this occur automatically based on the setup bank data
- I've processed a pay run and in the Money Out for our employees, we can see part of the total is in cash. This doesn't make sense as there is no cash transaction here.
I also sat on the phone waiting for support for 50+ minutes and gave up!
