Payroll Premier 2017/2018 - no employees show up to print payg summaries

I am using Payroll Premier 2017/2018, and cant get any employees to appear when selecting payroll summaries from the reports section, print INB payment summary.  I have it as "last year: ie 2017-2018 financial year.  and therefore cant print any payg summaries.  I can print a reconciliation statement from here and that's correct.

I need assistance with this asap, as I have an employee who has left in the 2018/2019 FY and need to upgrade to 2018/2019 and prepare his final pay.

    Hi Anna
    I had the same issue until I realised I had selected "Select Payment Summaries to Print". Because I email all payslips, I should have selected "Select Payment Summaries to Email". The Payment Summary is dependent on the print/email setting in your payroll setup.
