Why does User Account Control ask me to give permission for Reckon to be opened each day?

Why does User Account Control ask me to give permission for Reckon to be opened each day since Reckon Accounts Plus 2018 installation (Windows 10)? 
How do I fix this please?

    This is a windows issue, not Reckon. Are you running Reckon as Administrator? You should be. Thanks for your question

    What level is your User Account Control settings set to in the Windows control panel?

    Hi Rav & Kevin,
    I am running Reckon as an Administrator.  My UAC Settings is set at the next setting upwards.  Will changing that put things right?

    I have changed it and reopened Reckon but it is still the same.
