how can I save a copy of my file to my computer to keep to read without a subscription

We used to use reckon for our accounting but changed to MYOB recently and we don't want to have to keep paying for reckon when we don't use it. Is there a way to keep a backup copy that is readable on my computer and stop the subscription?

    Hi Leah,

    You can contact out Customer Service team on 1300 756 663 who can assist you in getting a desktop version. Once your Hosted subscription ends though, the program will go into read-only mode. So you will be able to view the data but not make any changes.
