Emails not all sending

when we send out remittance advises not all are actually getting through, we CC ourselves to monitor that all have been sent yet I just paid 4 suppliers and only 3 remittance advises were received ?

    Yup. This happens. There isnt any reason we have been able to divine. Nor is there a fix. Ive been waiting for a while. You might try setting it up using webmail within Reckon. Its a next best solution but it will work.

    The Missing one just Arrived now, It was about a 20min delay ?
