Error message uploading first STP Payer Company Details.Emailaddress

Error message when attempting to upload first STP file.
Instance.PayrollEvent.PayerCompanyDetails.EmailAddress is not any of [subschema 0],[subschema 1]
First The email address on the company page is correct.
Second  In ABN register lookup we have an Entity name,  a Business name and a Trading name. The Gov Connect page comes up with our Entity name (our names as we are partnership).
On our Reckon Company information page the Company Name is similar to Business Name on the register (but with a few less characters) and the Legal Name is the same as Trading name on register. 
Our tax return is similar to Entity name, but slightly different. 
What do I need to do to make these compatable? 
What about the email address that is correct?

Hi Cathy

1. The email address may have been entered with an extra dot (or something similar) in error.
Try deleting the email address completely in your Reckon Company File info & saving it first then re-entering it & saving again.

2. The "Legal Name" in your Reckon file needs to match exactly with the name that comes through from the ABN Register on GovConnect (eg the "Entity Name")
