Reckon Hosted is self-terminating when I create a Balance Sheet report

Hi, Reckon has been self-terminating my company file periodically in the last week. I didn't determine the trigger until I went to create a Balance Sheet report this morning.

When the system terminates I normally just log back in. As long as I don't create that report the system is fine and functions. I'm able to save the file ok. 

The following images are the messages that pop-up on screen before the system terminates.



If I click on the View Report, this is what comes up...




Is anyone else experiencing this? What do you suggest to correct this?

Interesting and worrying. Thanks Kevin. Can you point in the right direction to do that. Otherwise I will try using the Internal Help function

Hi Lee - go to File - Utilities - Rebuild - do a backup and then the rebuild will commence - suggest do this 3 times... then run a Trial Balance for ALL dates and make sure your debits and credits match... then try running your Balance Sheet report again...
