STP Report Error 80070005

I am trying to set up STP Reporting and I have encountered the following problem.  When I go to STP in Accounts Premier 2018, I "Select All" and "Lodge" the following error message appears:

Error Code 80070005 - Access Denied

What does this mean and how can it be fixed?

    Hi Simone,
    Have you had any response to this?  I am getting the same error.  It doesn't seem to affect being able lodge STP though.

    Hi to the community

    Reckon Accounts Premier 2021

    Since the last upgrade I am also getting the same error: auregfind Query Failed code 80070005 Access denied

    This happens when I try use the "online tab" to transfer supplier payments and or employee wages.

    I am able to work around it by clicking through OK but hardly acceptable. I'm also concerned that the data has not been stored or retained in the background file.
