Error message

Error message code 0050368631 when I’m in employee s payroll and Reckon shuts down. Help as I can’t process employees pays Hi guys I posted this about a month ago and was given a link to try by Rav. I had to wait for out IT to run this link and unfortunately the error msg still showed up. I hv just been informed to contact Reckon support what else can we do to clear this error up as o can not edit my employees info etc

    Thanks for your reply. Yes we rebuilt the file log out and logged back in but error still there.
    Our IT told me to contact tech support as well. This was link How to Verify Data and Rebuild Data for a company data file in Accounts Business (Desktop)
