process STP is missing from my reckon hosted, I waited a long time on the phone for tech support with no helop, can you please contact me to help

    Hi Glenda, If you go through the Edit Menu, select Preferences, under the Employee and Payroll preferences you will see an option to switch STP reporting on. Once you select this option you will be able to export STP
