NZSX Index not Displaying correctly over 9999.99

When the NZSX 50 goes over the 10,000.00 barrier Recon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 displays the index incorrectly. 10,013.55 displays as 1,013.55.

    Why does this question sit unanswered for 2 weeks ?  Is this a problem with RPP or a misunderstanding of the display ?

    We need to be ready when the XJO goes over 10,000 !!
