timesheet entries break into daily???

Why does this break into daily entries when i enter it weekly - i then have to open every day entry write is on a piece of paper - add up the amounts and then add the time sheet entry into the payrun - since it don't allow entry of the same pay type in the one payrun - or the programm does not transfer the time-sheet entries into the payrun -
