Invoice email ending up in junk.

Invoice Email ending up in junk, sent multiple support request trough from 21/5/19 to Reckon NZ (Somi Assaran Technician, PSG Technical Support) the just ignore my emails or phone calls. Worst service! This is my attempt to get their attention.
