personal plus installation key

I have been using Personal Plus for a long time. At some stage I copied it over to a new computer without uninstallin it. I now occasionally get a message to enter the installation key before I can open the programme. Is there any way to fix this?

    Hi there Jim,
    Do you enter the installation key code on each occasion this message appears?
    How often would you say it pops up for you?

    Yes, I have it set up and just have to OK it.
    It occurs at random times, maybe around two or three weeks. But it happened yesterday and today.
