Hello
I am using Reckon Premier 2018. I run the Payment Summary for year 2018-2019. Unfortunately the RESC figures are not shown on the Payment Summary.
In previous year when I used Reckon Premier 2017. The Payment Summary reports was run very good.
Can someone help me to fix this issue?
Many thanks in advance.

I am having huge issues with the total of the Reportable Superannuation being correct in the payment summaries. I have went into every pay entry unlocked the pay and tabbed through the figures. This has fixed the problem mostly but I have two employees where I cannot get the total of reportable super on the payment summary to match the payroll file. Is anyone else having this problem. There is definitely a glitch in the program!!1

Did you get a fix for this? I'm having a different amount in Salary sacrifice in reports as compared the the payment summary: Reportable super contributions box. Edit: I unlocked the pays and tabed a different amount the redid it and it fixed the problem. Crazy error!0

@JackyK If you do a search in the in-program Help for RESC, you will find instructions there.
