I contacted reckon 2 months ago to advise them I need to change to monthly rather than yearly licence. I was told that it would automatically change over at the expiration of my yearly licence and I didn't need to do anything else. I have come to work to reconcile on the weekend and I can't access my account. It says my account has expired. I have tried calling Reckon but it is closed for the weekend. How can I get access urgently? Thank you.

You cannot. I tried ringing and was on hold for ten minutes before I gave up. Rav, are you out there, Sue I think the lesson is check and double check. Assume nothing unless you have it in writing.0

Well to be fair you need to be more vigilant about these things if you insist on working unsociable hours. Xero has no phone support at all. I do think Reckon need to offer a grace period after the subscription has expired. Especially around June when we all get busy. Or simply stop having annual subscriptions. None of the other software companies have that option. Glad you got it sorted0
