ETP error in STP

HI,  Hoping someone can help me.  My ETP is not reporting on the STP.  I have been on the phone to Reckon for 2 hours and they have now told me that I need to raise 3 pay slips for an ETP??  One for Normal Hours - One for Ann Leave Term and the third for ETP.  Has anyone else been given this information???  Someone please help.

    I paid all 3 in one PAY. just make sure you use the correct payroll items,

    So did I, but didn't show in the ETP part of STP Portal. Now they said to fixthatinow need to produce 3 pay slips to make it work.
