hosted reckon is freezing - unuseable

reckon hosted 2019 opens and works for a bit and then freezes - have to crash out: File Exit doesn't work - sometimes only works for seconds and sometimes minutes - Not in response to any particular activity - anytime.  Happens using different computers, Mac and Windows, different browsers and different locations, all with excellent internet/wifi

    Additional to above, i've tried the fix of creating a portable company file and restoring from it.  No change - still freezes.
