ETP payment date must be in the same financial year as the Pay/Update Date

Has anyone received the STP Error Message Below? The ATO have told me it is to do with the Payroll Premier Software and I have checked all of our ETP's over the Year and can not see an issue
ETP payment date must be in the same financial year as the Pay/Update Date
As I can not get through to the Help Desk, would love to know how people had gotten around this issue.

Not on here. I had to phone Reckon - about A 2 hour wait to talk to someone and it was because it was picking up a ETP from the first pay of this Financial Year (wasn't showing on the report and the ETP had the correct July 2019 date) - they found this out by going through the JSON File and we had to re-instate employee / delete ETP, do the EOFY STP export again and then re-terminate / enter the ETP1
