Unrecoverable Error - Code 14163 13279

I am trying to clean up our company file and in the clean up data process it errors at the 20% mark.

I have tried to complete the process in both the 2018 and 2019 versions of reckon hosted and it is always the same error once it gets to 20% of the clean up process.

I don't know if it will make a difference but the 'remove closed transactions on or before' date is 30/06/2009 but the close company date is 30/06/2019.

I wouldnt do it Hayley - not sure if its worth it - just start a new file and keep the old file for reference...  Even if the process removes those transactions it wont make the file any smaller or faster... Only a new file will do that...  better to just do regular backups with full verification (to ensure that the .TLG file is cleared) ... this will do a good job of improving performance.
