Payroll Premier is closing half way through processing pays.

Payroll Premier 2019/20 is closing half way through processing pays. I log back in and finish the process but then it creates 2 pay runs for that date and 2 STP JSON Files

    Hi Ellen,

    When was the last time you were able to successfully process a pay run, without crashing?

    Have you considered making use of the Payroll Recovery Wizard application that is installed with Payroll Premer? It will assist you in restoring a pay run backup from a time when there were no errors present.

    Alternatively, you can submit a request for a Reckon Data Service analysis.
