Change Reckon date format

How do I change the date format from US (MM/DD/YYYY) to Australia (DD/MM/YYYY)? My computer and Windows are both set to the correct zoning (Sydney, Australia) so it's just a Reckon issue now. Operating Reckon Accounts Plus 2019.

    It's still Windows; go to Region & Language and then change date format and also make sure that the location is set to Australia
