Tax table 2019 Upgrade problem

Hi,
I am trying to install 2019 Tax table upgrade R2 and I keep getting the message - You must shutdown Reckon Accounts (and Reckon Accounts components) before the update can be installed. Attempting to shutdown components....
You may have to rebot your computer to shut down all Reckon Accounts related applications
I have restarted the computer and turned off all Quickbooks services in Services and Applications?
What else can I do?

Have you checked Task Manager. There may be a Reckon related one running, that isn't turned off from Services. I cant remember off the top of my head what it is called.0

Hi Suzi,
Consider rebooting in 'Safe Mode' then install the update.
You can search for the specific method for booting into safe mode depending on the operating system you are using.
Example: Use the key words "reboot in safe mode windows 10" if you are running Windows 10
