reckon accounts opening in single user mode

Hi,

Does anyone have a Solution for this or experiencing the same?
We have Reckon Accounts Multi User and after installing 2019, our main Company File is being Closed in Multi-User Mode (which we want) but opening in Single-User Mode each time.

Hi Theresa,

When you are opening the data file:

Click on the File menu

Click Open or Restore Company

Enable "Open a company file (.QBW or .QBA)"

Click the Next button

At the bottom of the Open a Company window is the checkbox enabled for "Open file in multi-user mode"
