License Expiry - Reckon Accounts Pro 2014

License Expiry - Hi community, Reckon Accounts Pro 2014 was the program we used up until the sale of our business on the 1ST April this year. The license is due to expire on Monday if we allow that to happen will the program become read only? Or will it become inaccessible? The reason I ask is the new owners of the business still acess the data to view our old clients history and previous sales transactions. But the program isn't used for anything other than that. HI Sheryl. My understanding is that the file will be still accessible, but read-only.

That's correct, you will be able to view but not add or edit any transactions.

please explain why quickbook 2014 (reckon 2014) would become read only
I pay for the full software and had issue with sending email invoice and the only way to fix the issue was to print invoice as PDF using Nitro PDF then email within Nitro
Now you want me to update to 2019 and pay a yearly fee ,
