Hi All, I have two POS Professional 2016 and reckon accounts premier 2016. Worked well for a few years. Just updated my PC to Windows 10 and now when I try to post the POS transactions to accounts premier it gives me an error
Error code:- 14. Account OLE link error. Check that the compatibility options for this application are not set to run in a different operating system mode or as an administrator.

2016 was never designed to run on Windows 10... if you right click on the properties of both the Administrator, Reckon Accounts and Terminal desktop short cuts and make sure they are all set to the SAME compatibility mode options - you may have success, but no guarantees... Did you get new PCs with Windows 10 - or update old PCs? any chance you can put POS back on the old PCs? I never recommend people update machines that were originally designed to have other operating systems... too much risk of problems and incompatibilities. If you have no luck, you may have to upgrade your POS & Reckon to 2019?
