Single Touch Payroll - Transitioning mid year

We had issues uploading STP file because our reckon id hadn't been recorded with the ATO but has now. I have been advised that I should create a YTD file and upload instead of having to upload each file separately .. finding it very hard to find the process for this ... NEED HELP

    If all pays are entered you should only have to upload the last pay as it includes YTD figures. Have you processed all the pays in software?
