How do I set up MFA on upgraded mobile.

I use The STP Portal on my work pc. I have a new mobile phone with the same number and need to reload the MFA. I do not have access to my old mobile. I have loaded the app but cannot figure out how to reactivate. Please help. New phone Samsung Galaxy S10e

    Hi Angie, 

    As Kevin suggested, you can use your recovery PIN by logging into, going to 'Profile' and then clicking 'revoke'. 


    Alternatively, if you are eligible for technical support, call us on 1300137657 and our support team can assist you in revoking MFA (does not require a recovery PIN).
