I am using payroll premier, . suddenly I cant click on my supplier centre every thing else works j

I am using reckon contractors edition, which is quite old . all of a sudden I cant click on my suppliers, every thing else works just cant get into my supplier list

    Hi Barbara, 

    I assume you are using Reckon Accounts Premier. 

    Could you please test whether you can access your supplier center when you open a different data file (ideally a sample file, or create a new data file with a different file name). 

    If you experience the same issue with a test data file too, it is likely that the issue is linked to your software installation. You may need to perform a clean uninstall followed by reinstall.
