Payroll Premier 19/20 payslip error

Our pay week ended 31/03/2020 and our date paid was 01/04/2020.  When I tried to email payslips for this period, I received an error message stating that there were no records that matched that criteria and to try changing the date range.  When i change the date range manually it brings up a payslip with blank fields.  This is the first time I have encountered this - it was working normally last week.  Payslips are the only thing affected
