Problem sending invoice direct via email since upgrade to Reckon Accounts Premier 2020

Previously able to send invoices by email direct from Invoice in Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractor Edition 2019, but since upgrade to 2020 version getting error message:-
"The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file.
The Windows error was: "The files already exists".
File: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Reckon Accounts 2020\QBPRINT.QBP"
When you press OK the same message comes up at lease once more.
Similar message when attempting to Print to PDF.
Had previously had this issue with 2014 before upgrade to 2019, but remember being able to resolve it by deleting (think) .DLL file??? Unable to find instructions now.
Currently using Outlook 2013 as email server.
Reckon Help unable to help or resolve the issue.

Claire again. Have just clicked on Customize button on Invoice screen and received the same error message!! Not had this problem before!!0 -

Robyn than you very much - the latter option (deleting .QBP file) resolved the issue. It looks like an update on 18 April caused the issue to resurface.0
