Redunancy pay not going to STP

We paid an employee a redundancy - this was done on a second pay on the payroll date. All pays done that day except this one went to STP. Have I done something incorrect on this pay? I entered it as Redundancy Pay/hourly amount/by number of hours. Tax item D
