Editing Pay Items Tax Applicable

Hi there!  I'm using Reckon One - Payroll.  I've created Pay Items and have put Tax Free under tax applicable instead of Additional Payment Method B(i).  Consequently these payments aren't showing up on the Group certificates.  Is there any way I can edit and fix so that they are included on the Group Certs?   Thanks  Janine
