Employees Gross Payment on payment summary does not match ATO MyGov amount. Any ideas?

Employees Gross Payment on payment summary does not match ATO MyGov amount. My payroll summary amounts match the amounts in Reckon STP- any ideas?  My reckon STP gross payments match the payment summary sent to the staff member. The ATO records say his gross pay should be $400+ less then what I have recorded but the tax is correct (same as what was reported on his payment summary)

    No there are no allowances.

    My problem resolved when I did my final upload to MyGov. I had sent the payment summaries out earlier then I should have . A rookies mistake on my part.
