Incorrect Balance in STP EOFY Finalisation for Reckon One due to ETP

I am using Reckon One and have noticed that the balances for an employee are incorrect due to an ETP that was processed for them during the financial year 2019/2020. The amount of the ETP are not included in the gross earnings and the tax amount is incorrect. How do I fix this?
