Custom Fields - Reckon One

We need to link Reckon One to an external Invoicing App (we are a Franchise) and that link is through a Customer Code, but looking at Reckon One there is no way of customising the fields in Customer Contacts to include a Customer Code, let alone something as simple as a Contact Name.  This is extremely limiting and outdated, especially when I can insert a fax number which is pretty much obsolete in 2020. At this rate I am going to have leave Reckon after 20 + years and go to Xero or MYOB.  Reckon Hosted is too difficult to link into (no one from Reckon was interested in helping us) & Reckon One is too limiting.
